A Few Things to Brighten Your Wednesday

Everyone, get in here!

Today's going to be a productive day. I can just feel it in my BONES.

And, you know what goes on top of all-feeling bones? MEAT. Prepare for the imminent release of "Meat," a small project that's been simmering over low-heat for a while now.

I will make another update when it's all ready for printing :D Honestly, I'm a little frightened by how much I love to draw strange meat. I'll have to muse upon that further, maybe over some coffee as I hightail it to my class today. Also! Here is a sneak peek some Joy Koi stuff that I mentioned a while ago. I'm about to page three now, and I am having a blast with it so far. You guys are going to love it, I can tell.

Finally, here's an earthworm graveyard to get you off your fanny and into the GREAT OUTDOORS.

Happy Wednesday Trails, y'all!

Yours truly,

THE GREAT WAN-TSUNAMI

Edit: FOR YOUR EYES.

Me-OW, JACKFRUIT!

Ivan, the Beast of the Forest.

Deen-a-beetus.

Happy Wednesday, y'all! So, you know that content dump I was talking about so long ago? Well, it is almost TIME. This is what happens when I almost have TIME. ... Dookie?!? Also, here's a link to a silly Graphics Exercise that Sungwon Cho and I did for our Multi-Cam course. You should check it out if you want a laugh that is patriotic in nature. We also have a fun new project coming up soon called "Joy Koi." Want a preview of it? TOO BAD. Well, maybe not. Maybe later. Now, without further ado, here is a teaser for that dump I keep yammering about. More meow's for everyone.

Snuurg!

Ayo, river!

I just wanted to put this little guy up before I truck off to class in the DRIZZLE. This was inspired by your typical KMFDM album cover, all of which I happen to adore. I betcha if the Pook was the lead of a musical group, he would follow in Kapt. K's footsteps. Ho-yeah!
So, that's all folks. Enjoy!

A Better Title

Hello, everyone.

I wish that I could come up with something more creative, but I'm experiencing a bout of creativity deficiency disorder. It should clear up with a strict regimen of puppy and kitty cuddles, cartoons, and comic illustrating. In the meantime, though, here's a little project that I just finished up. It's one of a few prints that I'm thinking of selling at the upcoming MSU Comics Forum. I'll be showing my work at the Artist's Alley on February 4th, more info to come later. All you peeps in East Lansing/the surrounding area should come out. No, make that you had better come out, lest I find you and spread this horrible disease of mine. Maybe that'll teach 'ya. ... Yeah, I think I'm going to wrap this up before it goes somewhere ugly. Later, y'all!

Sincerely,

The Wan-Tsunamitor.

They Call me Rasp-utin.

Hello,

Happy Tuesday, everyone. I am so thrilled to be done with my school work. If I had a clever analogy prepared, you can bet I would've dropped it RIGHT HERE. However, I don't have one. So... how 'bout them Knicks?

I've prepared some goodies for you guys! Right here, I have a little summin' I call "Tonight."

Ain't it purdy? I would just KILL to have that on a t-shirt (WINK WINK.) Eh, who am I kidding? I am terrible at winking.

I've been drawing a lot of Ivan, lately. He's my little cat-nephew-thing while my sister is traveling. He will probably be staying with me until February or so, which makes my home a cozy haven for three, count 'em, three animals. Whoop...ie. Pie. Anyway, here are a couple of doodles I've done of him pretty recently.

Well, I have to go water the plants (that's a lie.) I will post more stuff late (also a possible lie.) Sorry.
Go Forth and CONQUER. Also, vote for me on Projekt30 before the 18th. DO IT NOW.

Hey, everyone! I just wanted to drop a quick note about an online juried art show that I entered! Go take a look on the Projekt30 website and vote for me, your beloved Wan-Tsunami. I entered under my street name, Diana Busby. Go forth and vote, my lovelies! I will reward you handsomely with my schedule media dump coming up soon. It's been just enough time to have been too much time, and I have a bushel of new stuff for you to love upon with your eyes (and sometimes your ears!) All this and more if you go and vote for me. Do it, please. Do it for me! Do it for your country! DO IT FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY.

PS: Here is an image of Paula Deen riding Oprah just for being special. You're welcome.
Sleep well!
